Alloy / Grad
If you call us and ask the price of aluminum, its like saying, “how much does a vehicle cost?”. The make/model/details is what makes each vehicles price different. Scrap is a similar principal. Different alloys and grades have different elements composing that specific material. Most materials are graded and priced separately, leading to a lot of different prices for what may look like the same stuff! We are here for you.
 Some common aluminum alloys are; 1100, 2024, 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, 6063, 7075. There are a lot!
Common grades of brass are; Yellow, Red, Semi Red, Rod, Auto Radiators, Shells, 70/30, etc...
Stainless steel may be 201, 304, 316, 410, etc...
Attachments / Purity
Clean doesn’t always mean polished, in our industry it typically means free of non conforming attachments. Less impurities usually means more value. Clean and process your scrap material for the highest prices possible.
Brass faucets are not always entirely brass. They can have things like steel screws, plastic inserts, zinc castings, etc… If left as-is, they will be paid as unclean brass, which is a significantly lower price than clean brass.

Stainless steel sinks usually have steel/iron liners and drains. Remove all magnetic and non-metallic attachments for the highest grading.

The benefits of recycling are numerous.
Recycling and reusing materials saves energy, conserves natural resources, prevents pollution and reduces the volume of discards that are thrown into our landfills.

We recycle all kinds of metal

Recycling alloys such as Nickel, Carbide, Inconel, Indium, Rhodium, Titanium, Hastelloy, Molybdenum, Cupronickel.  Alloys, or superalloys / hi temp alloys, Are metals intended to sustain their strength well above room temperatures and function between 500°F and 2200°F. High temp alloys offer surface stability, environmental endurance, and resistance to oxidation. They use hi temp alloys for example, manufacturing boiler drums, tubing for water boilers, pumps and pressure vessels, collectors, aircraft engines, and high-temperature turbines. precious metal refining of multiple types and forms filter, sludges, honeycombs, solutions, anodes, targets, turbine blades and x-ray film that contain Precious metals or precious compounds.
